Ken Hi. The order came thru' successfully on Monday . Thank you. I am
now coming to grips with the Sun!
The base is a 3/8th thread so takes the tripod connection well.

It's arrived-thank you. It works absolutely fine-the other one was definitely broken-its the opposite end that screws off-you'll see-I sent it about 5pm yesterday-£2.37 as you'll see on the envelope.
Look forward to the reimbursement of the postage. And thanks again for sending the replacement right away.

Just wanted to say that I'm still waiting to get out and check out the telescope. Ever since I had it redelivered its been miserable weather down here.
Anyway the scope looks absolutley fine - very pleased with it now (you'll be glad to hear!). Just wanted to extend my thanks for putting up with me, you have great customer service.
