For a limited time all orders over £20.00 will be delivered free of delivery charge to the
UK Mainland
Orders under £20.00 will be charged at £3.50 delivery
We use FedEX (ANC) for larger parcels and Royal Mail for smaller parcels
Your Order will normally arrive in two Working days.

Scotland and Northern Ireland
there may be additional delivery charge. At the moment this does not show up on the checkout page. FedEx have different delivery rates for these areas. You will be notified by email of the extra charge and then you may decide if you wish to pay or cancel. Small parcels may still be delivered free by Post. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Non-Delivery
We cannot accept responsibilty for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect postcode or address details.
If the parcel cannot be delivered, the carrier will return it back to Us. Additional fees for the return of the parcel will be charged.
Returns
What if I want to cancel an order?
Under the United Kingdoms Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase where the item has been unsealed or is not in original condition, any postage costs incurred when returning your items will be at your own cost.
To cancel your order, please pack the relevant item securely and send it to us with receipt so that we receive it within 7 working days after the day of the date that the item was delivered to you.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
After the "no quibble" 7 day period we will be happy to accept items for return in any of the following cases:
The item was found to be damaged or faulty.
We will either replace the item or give you a full refund (including postage costs). Please state which option you prefer. We will wait to receive the faulty goods from you before despatching a new one.
The item was incorrectly supplied.
If we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order a full refund (including postage costs) will be given.
The item does not meet with your requirements.
We will refund the ordered item only (all postage costs will be incurred by the customer) subject to the following conditions:
a) The item must be returned within 28 days of receipt
b) It must be in pristine and re-sellable condition.
c) It must be accompanied by the receipt.
This policy does not effect your statutory rights.
