We dont charge to look at your equipment and give you an appraisal of its reparability and the cost of repair

We handle all types of equipment ranging from cameras, camcorders, digital cameras, flash guns, lenses, motor drives, binoculars, Kodak carousel projectors etc. and provide a six month warranty on cameras and a three month warranty on digital video equipment, flashguns and binoculars.

Free estimates and a six month warranty covering most repairs.

we offer free estimates to all photographic equipment, should you decide your equipment is uneconomical to repair or would rather have it returned Unrepaired, all we ask is you pay for the charges involved for the return carriage and insurance and administration of your equipment.

For all cameras and camcorders this is currently flat rate of £15.00.

Local customers may collect the equipment from our shop at no charge

Most minor repair are undertaken on the premises

All equipment is tested after repair.

We aim to provide an estimate for digital cameras and camcorders within 3 days, 5 days for conventional cameras, with completion time for of no more than 2 weeks, however please note that no repair time can be guaranteed, in certain situations there can be delays caused by seasonal demand or obtaining technical data or spare parts, where not in stock

We maintain relationships with manufacturers and authorized repair facilities to support warranty and out-of-warranty service for most major brands of photographic equipment

Photographic

We repair most makes of camera and offer an official Canon Authorised Service Centre. We are able to carry out Repairs on Canon photographic equipment on either a warranty or chargeable basis.

We also offer an official Olympus Service Centre and Nikon Approved Repairer for "Out of warranty" repairs.

Video

We offer an official Video Service Centre for Canon, J.V.C, Panasonic, Sanyo and Sony. This means that we can authorise repairs on this equipment on both a warranty or chargeable basis.

Digital

We offer an official Service Centre for Sanyo Digicam on both warranty or chargeable basis.

The technicians have been trained by the manufacturers and use the latest test equipment and techniques to ensure that the highest standards are attained.

Valid proof of purchase is required for Guarantee Repairs.
